MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

The place is Paris in 1955. Guy is a film critic for the magazine " Cahiers du Cinéma ", and a fan of Italian director Vittorio Cottafavi, whom he considers far superior to Michelangelo Antonioni. The place he frequents to see movies is the Alcazar, a local cinema in Paris that belongs to an older couple with little interest in film, and much interest in money. One day, the Alcazar receives an unexpected visitor: Is Jeanne, film critic for rival magazine " Positif ", which - to the chagrin of Guy - is a big fan of Antonioni. Heatedly discussed by the films, however somehow he is intrigued and attracted to her.
