MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

It was a world where two people were gigantic enemies; Pyross and Hydross. For Pyross, who were worshipers of the sun and relied on it, the water meant death and desolation: they burned. The rainy season also meant the agitation of the dragons. Monsters stealthily approached their caves in Orfalaise and even killed some of them. Every day waiting for signs of the dry season. When the sun returned, the Pyross embarked on a crusade through the desert looking for people they consider responsible for their bad: The Hydross. If they could destroy them, the world would be better, a world without dragons. For Hydross, the cycle was opposite the Sun makes them statues, stone fast becoming their bodies and completely at the mercy of their enemies. Only the beneficial effects of water could give back to life, The war between Hydross Pyross and continued until the day that Skan, a teenager Pyross warrior who had gone to a crusade in the distant desert, fixed his eyes on Kallisto.
