MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

Mendizabal, a hired murderer of reputable, has the mission to eliminate Kulpe Rodolfo, a small offender. Mendizabal then begins to prepare the plan to exercise their agreement: rent a room in front of the victim's apartment and begins to study their movements. Once you think you have everything under control and just when you have to end the life of his victim starts to become a lot of questions that led him to postpone the execution and make inquiries about the personality of the victim.
