MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

Drama about insecurity. The residents of a neighborhood trying to fend off the mob training dogs to attack, task that handles a disturbing character. After being raped by a stranger, Nicole Calfan adopts a dog and taught to obey his orders to attack. Victor Lanoux, a doctor who has just moved to the neighborhood, will oppose this system of generalized violence.
