MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1995 film?

It was a normal night in Las Vegas, Nevada, all the lights flickered brightly, until a man with one hand, one eye and one leg walks into a pawn shop with a statue of a hideous Goblin. The owner says it's a good luck charm. The statue also wore a medal around his neck. The homeowner careless pawn off the medallion freed the Goblin, along with a pot of gold that the whole planet even pretend to get, why kill anyone. Driving to the town that night is a teenager named Scott, who is going to Los Angeles to attend college. Along the way he discovers a sarcastic, but friendly, girl named Tammy. Scott gets to play in games of chance, and you lose everything, so that the home will endeavor to pawn his Rolex watch. At the store, he finds the dead owner and Elf grants a wish to its finder. Scott, like a winning streak, but she does not know is that the casino is run by a crooked man who hates to lose. This movie is part of the Leprechaun saga (1993, 1994, 1995, 1996, 2003).
