MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2013 film?

There's trouble in Oz and Dorothy is needed. With Glinda's help, she and Toto return to Oz. With his old friends, the Scarecrow, the Tin Man, the Lion and new characters, Dorothy begins a perilous journey to try to stop a cunning jester, who threatens to use the power of the Wicked Witch of the West to convert to all people of Oz into puppets. That is only one of the obstacles that Dorothy has to face while traveling passes, and it must also go through a maze, a cave full of hungry dragons and an evil spell could destroy the Yellow Brick Road.
