MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

An arrogant and unorthodox teacher returns as principal to a school where a few years before he was fired. It was llquerido by an old partner, Frank Napier, school inspector, to carry out internal reform in the Paterson Institute, considered the worst school in New Jersey, a nest of juvenile offenders and drug dealers. The newly appointed director, Joe Clark, has the discipline utopian task before the Government set aside to the school board and assume the powers. Your position will be undefined if students get pass the final exams, but his unconventional methods you are confronted with much of the community.
