MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Aleksandr Ivanovich Russian filmmaker Medvedkin was born in 1900. At age 17, he witnessed the Bolshevik Revolution, to 20 participated in the Civil War, in the Red Army by Isaac Babel, at 38 lived the Stalinist purges, and watched his best film, "Happiness ", was sentenced to reflect influences of Bukharin, with 41 years, fought on the frontline in World War II, camera in hand, and he died, in 1989, during the " perestroika ", convinced that communism, which he had devoted his life, reaching finally its culmination.
