MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

Mélancolie, an attractive young woman is assaulted and raped by a mysterious stranger. The girl gets to take the gun to the rapist and murderer, then throws his body to the ocean. After a few days, when the body comes out, American army officer accused Mélancolie not only murder, but also the theft of money to the army of the United States.
