A group of scientists from the University of Miskatonic travels to Antarctica to conduct various studies and experiments with an auger looking for geological material. The expedition starts from Boston, USA on September 2, 1930 and reached the Isle of Ross.Mientras part of them stay at base camp, others are based on a kind of advance into the continent.
