MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1966 film?

Mr. Septime directs his luxurious restaurant with almost military discipline. The visit of a head of state in South America will make the hotel mobilize in his honor, and decide to prepare a special dish for him: the "Pyramid to Septime ". At the time of the appearance of the dish, President NOVALES desaaparenta. Septime is then discovered in a delicate situation: Commissioner suspects him, and is haunted by the secretary to the president.
