MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1970 film?

A woman is attacked at night on the beach for a stranger who threatens her with a knife. Contrary to fears, not attempts to rape her, just want to say that Pierre, her husband is a murderer. Days later, the newspapers bring news of the death of a prominent businessman, whom Pierre had much money. Although the official diagnosis is death from stroke, women could discover as having been killed. And that night, the man on the beach calls her: he wants an appointment or denounce Pierre.
