MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1989 film?

The film portrays the Italy of the nouveau riche... The Italy where once the beauty was brown and black hair, and now it is invaded by fake blondes... In each and every place, salons, restaurants, ships, beaches are full of fake blondes and show us their pseudo-culture. They desperately try to be what they are not and their absurd ways and their prejudiced attitudes only show their enormous vulgarity. This is the Italy of the second home, of telephones in the car, of weekends, of Filipino maids, of high-flown names, even for lap dogs. This is the Italy in which culture is now learned in hairdressing salons... in short, this film is a fierce portrait of the Italy that is losing its ancestral culture.
