MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1993 film?

Martin and Simon are brothers and incorrigible vandals. Martin usually escapes from the reformatory and host Simon's house where he lives, and are always found in the coastal region of the town, where they are known and feared. Martin, who under his gamberrrismo keeps a romantic and poetic spirit, dreams of being the son of a shark.
