MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2007 film?

Licu is a legal Bangladeshi immigrant working in the capital: despite the hard working hours, he doesn't complain and lives like a 'Roman', supporting Totti's team and trying to speak the best Italian he can. Suddenly, however, he finds himself having to return to his homeland to celebrate an 'arranged' marriage, a typical custom rooted in the culture and traditions of his native country... The month of (unpaid) leave referred to in the title is the time Licu needs to return to a Bangladesh devastated by floods, and meet and marry Fancy, a girl he doesn't know at all, chosen by his family to be his betrothed.
