MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

In the decade of the 60s, as an experiment, was introduced into Lake Victoria a new animal species: the Nile perch, however this turned out to be a predator fish so voracious that killed all the native species of this giant lake. The new fish multiplied so fast, and now its white fillets are being exported throughout the world. Huge cargo planes from the former Soviet Union come daily to collect the latest shipments catch in exchange for their goods: Kalashnikovs and ammunitions for the uncounted wars taking place in the heart of Africa. This explosive international trade has invented a devastating global alliance on the shores of the largest tropical lake in the world: an army of local fishermen, international financial, homeless children, African ministers, EU commissioners, Tanzanian prostitutes and Russian pilots.
