MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1999 film?

Solange just turned 30, and that is not exactly in the best moment of his life. It takes five years married to Patrick, a worker at the local hospital morgue, as she develops her professional life as a police officer running his days enduring complaints from motorists who do not believe they deserve to be fined. A Solange likes to sing, however only does a karaoke from your home because it has the audacity necessary to meet the public. All the frustrations of Solange reach its peak at the time that an old friend of the esucela return to the town boasting of his successful career as a woman of the time and author of his first book.
