MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1949 film?

Martin wants to quit his job and start his own business after his marriage to Maria Elena. He asks his boss and mentor for several years, for money owed. The boss agrees to give it, but then mocks Martin and says he has little chance of success. In a fit of anger the boss of Martin steals his money and says he himself has stolen. Martin was arrested and imprisoned, without resources or several friends, Martin is discovered in prison.
