MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1980 film?

It is the year 1937, in a remote valley in northern Iceland. Depression, coupled with disease in sheep, cattle are crippling. Teens are released to centers of urban expansion in this period of socio- economic changes in Iceland.
