MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

The people of a refugee camp in Iraqi Kurdistan desperately seek a satellite dish in order to be informed of the impending American attack on Iraq. Children's camp, led by a guy called "Satellite", are engaged in the collection and sale of landmines. New refugees arrive at the site: a young maimed, her sister and a toddler. Satellite be captivated by the sad prettiness of the young.
