MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1929 film?

Karl, a German diplomat based in Paris, he discovers that his fiancee, Diane, has been cheating. He says he would rather marry a " working girl " before her. Diane, outraged, decides to hire a Spanish dancer disreputable, to make it a refined girl and arrange a meeting with Karl.
