MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1941 film?

John Reynolds should go to New Orleans to investigate somewhat a gamble that certainly is still a fraud. However, the legend suffers a turn when Mirbeau is killed. He meets Julie, the daughter of General Mirbeau, which is involved in the lottery scam, and also both will love. Entertaining film with John Wayne cowboy heavily involved in falling in love justice and who should not. John Reynolds, travels to New Orleans to end a rigged lottery. In the process, falls for Julie Mirbeau, who happens to be the daughter of General Mirbeau, who runs the lottery.
