MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Like Dulce Chacón's novel, on which it is based, is the Franco regime during the Spanish Civil War through the life of an immigrant Andalusian Pepita moved to Madrid where he is imprisoned his sister Hortensia that she is pregnant and will give birth in prison, Pepita falls for a rebel and try by all means to take care of her sister's daughter sentenced to death.
