MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1953 film?

The comedy tells the story of a young musician who dislikes his teacher when engaged in popular music. The young artist, at the same time want to the daughter of his master, but the girl he deems as a brother and prefers a rich and powerful man. But the boy only succeed with the power of his music, gaining recognition from the teacher.
