MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1971 film?

Stefano, married to Luisa, intended to agreeing to the sale of a stock that the couple would report a number of two and half million lire, but the owner of these shares is Louise and she refuses to such sale as they are a wealthy couple without having more money, however Stefano is ambitious and just think about what you would do with such an amount. Stefano has an affair with a mistress named Fabienne and during a walk meet a guy with a strange and enigmatic air, it is the Count Tiepolo, it will be seen at other times with Stefano and eventually proposing a business, a exchange homicide, kill Count Stefano lady and in return this murder the brother of the Count.
