MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1979 film?

It focuses on the nature of political persecution by his hero Antonio, a taxi driver in the capital of a dictatorship. It's a love story between Antonio and Maria, a waitress at a local cafe. Anthony was expelled from the army for refusing to fire on a boat carrying women and children during the civil war in Angola. His main goal now is to stay out without complications, until he meets Mary.
