MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

After an absence of thirty years, the writer Fernando Vallejo returns to Medellin, where he grew up. It is not much of what he had left: his parents are dead, a part of the city has been destroyed, cocaine mafia spreading terror through criminal gangs, in a brothel located Alexis boys, sixteen. Alexis is part of these salary criminales.que kill and are killed in turn. In this city of horror, utopian Fernando is doing to save it.
