MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Marseille, 2,000 years. The protagonists of the piece cinematográgica are very heterogeneous characters living on a planet banal and confusing. Michèle is a worker of a slice of cooked fish whose obsession is to rescue his daughter from drugs. Paul betrays his fellow longshoremen strike and becomes taxi driver.
