MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1991 film?

Bruno is the owner of a bar called " The Batcave " and Richard is an inventor alcoholic. Both are obsessed with the teachings of " The Executioner ", a fictional character. They decide to unite to fight against evil based on popular comic characters.
