MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Alberto is a politician who had promised to equip hospitals and health centers, when he was mayor and he did not, so no conditions that you are provided with adequate care. Miguel is a poor boy who dreamed of success and trained in a small school district funded by Alberto. Life brings them together in the same hospital, in adjoining rooms ; there are recognized and a friendship develops between them as they struggle through the silent and inexorable progression of cancer ... In the midst of this struggle, some political sector aims to profit from the situation, knowing that someone manages parts of this move.
