MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Bogotá, 1980. During the government of President Turbay. An urban cell M-19 invades the Embassy of Dominican Republic, taking to 14 ambassadors hostage. They demand that detainees are redeemed by diplomats. The film focuses on the events that occurred during those two months in captivity.
