MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

The Malga is a quiet village in southern Tunisia that also lives in the rhythm of national holidays, for in this way that the Cultural Committee proposes eternally the same program. But a call from the capital are warned that a German TV team will be visiting the area. The Cultural Committee decides to offer a positive image of the people and also the country, so it launches into a real staging to hide reality.
