MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2002 film?

Susy is tired of her "tragic " appearance, caused by being overweight you have. She longs for a better image to avoid the ridicule of the people, and at the same time, be treated with more consideration and respect for their family and friends. So, as a supreme end, Susy intends to lose weight, but his desire is so great that unintentionally summons a fairy godmother.
