MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1977 film?

In 1976, scientists predicted that the island of Guadeloupe would be destroyed by the eruption of the volcano La Soufrière. In full evacuation, three men backed down and decided to stay on the island. Herzog filmed the latest and ghostly images of the island and recorded the testimony of men who decided to wait for the end surrounded by a pack of dogs forgotten. Could not they shoot the intended end prediction proved false.
