MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2004 film?

Mañe through a difficult economic situation. He lost a leg and therefore can not get a job, can not pay rent and is the target of ridicule and contempt of others. As you walk the streets looking for how to survive, he meets an unusual character, a man dedicated to load people on his back in the center of Bogotá, charging 500 pesos. A silletero.
