MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

It tells how the sad life of an honest worker results in a criminal uncertain fate. In the Belgian town of Liege, where unemployment is rife for its industrial decline, three friends, to their pressing economic problems, see no choice but to commit a robbery.
