MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2011 film?

Susan Henderson, an American teenager recently graduated in Italian literature, inherited the castle and all the properties of a small villa near Arezzo the death of his grandfather, a duke who ever came to know. Upon arrival at the town is not well received by the locals, who are threatening their homes and businesses to learn that Susan plans to turn the castle into a luxury hotel.
