MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2003 film?

Forty days and forty nights of rain occur, as happened in the Great Flood. Frogs, having prophesied the approaching tragedy, trying to warn humans. Thus, two adults and two children seek refuge in a giant barn becomes a kind of Noah's ark improvised. In this incredible floating home to meet their farm animals and zoo animals neighbor. But unfortunately, the only food available is they are 28 tons of potatoes on board. While pigs fill their bellies and herbivores do not complain, there are murmurs of discontent from carnivorous animals.
