MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

Wars of Religion, XVI century. Adapted from a novel by Madame de Lafayette chronicling the life of Marie de Mézières, a lady of the French nobility. In 1562, under the reign of Charles IX, the religious wars between Catholic and Protestant wreak havoc in France. Marie is in love with the Duke of Guise teenager, despite his father, driven by ambition, the obligation to marry the Prince de Montpensier, whom not even know. To protect his wife from the ravages of war, sends Montpensier, accompanied by the Count of Chabannes, the castle of Champigny, Marie tries to forget where his burning passion for the Count of Guise. The mission of Chabannes will hone Marie education to present a day in the Court. Chance and the course of the war will make the Duke of Anjou, the future Henry III, a season pass Champigny, where Montpensier has been reunited with his wife. Anjou, like Chabannes falls in love with Marie, who will become the center of a violent rivalry.
