MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2010 film?

What does it mean to have a cute mom, vital, frivolous and disturbing ? This is the torment he has endured Bruno, eldest son of Anna, since I was eight. It all starts in the summer of 1971 when, for the decision of the Queen's most famous of all Livorno, Anna is unexpectedly called to the stage and gets the crown of " the most beautiful mother ".
