MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1973 film?

Set in the port city of Genoa, where the commissioner Belli is a young policeman dedicated to drug-trafficking. The action of the film opens with a spectacular chase where the police run after an important contact local dealers. Man is finally captured, however dies by an explosion that nearly killed his pursuer further. This murder, far from intimidating Belli, what further obsessed with the case, which seems inevitably lead to high political connections. Belli is to seek help from people who are within the corporation criminal, and contacts with a capo.
