MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2012 film?

Thomas, a young black man who has fled Colombia's Pacific coast because of the war, tries to get by in Bogota, a racist city of 8 million people. Looking for Jairo, his younger brother, who has disappeared in the streets, Thomas begin a journey that will test their courage to face the fear, nostalgia and the wounds of the past, to start over 2,600 feet above the level the sea.
