MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1965 film?

The pergola is a popular flower market located in the center of the town of Santiago de Chile. The forces of the local press for the municipality to urbanize the region and end the pergola, which faces a picturesque race, florists and councilors. Then Carmela comes to town, a teenager provincial, goddaughter of one of the ringleaders of the market, and engaged relationship with Carlos, son of the mayor. Carmela bring peace to both sides and the flowers remain in its traditional market.
