MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1964 film?

A writer, Pierre Lachenay, married and father, falls in love with a stewardess, during a lecture tour. He leaves his wife, he goes to live alone and visit, alternatively, his wife and her lover. Unable to bear the situation, delaying the time to choose, Pierre will be killed in a restaurant, for his wife, when he planned to return to her.
