MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1950 film?

A musician is injured and threatened for defending a girl and decides to go to the capital, where he achieved fame and success. She is glad to know that he has succeeded, but has become a street prostitute prone to paralysis. Finally one day he plucks up courage and decided to look for it, as it has become invalid again.
