MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

One night, a teenager thirties is in bed with his girlfriend's apartment in Paris. She tells him a legend in which he met a strange and beautiful woman who wanders the streets of the city looking for a man, and it is disturbing. The boyfriend is obsessed with the image of that person, so search is various sexual encounters with various women, in which mixed fantasy and reality, scenes from the past and present that keep you stuck. One night, at a party, he meets the lady of his fantasies, the mysterious woman who spoke to him.
