MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 1983 film?

In the squalid alleys of a port city, Gérard, a longshoreman, obsessively looking for the rapist from his sister, who, not endure the infamy and horror, had committed suicide. One day he is shaken by a beautiful teenager behind the wheel of a gorgeous red Ferrari. This is the starting point for a utopian love legend, in an atmosphere of loneliness, revenge and despair.
