MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2009 film?

A veteran hired murderer is in Mexico to kill the leader of a drug cartel. Meanwhile, the US government tries to prevent this drug trafficker is allied with some Afghan heroin producers who want to use the route of entry of the drug in the United States to introduce other merchandise. And within the cartel, the leader starts to be questioned both its number two as the former leader, ill and retired from business.
