MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2006 film?

Documentary which tells the legend of Isra, gypsy child, after the death of his father, and can never sing again, despite belonging to a family of singers, and lives dreaming of one day to travel away from the island in was born. It is also the legend of Makiko, who travels to the island to try to assimilate a tradition and a way of understanding life which are foreign, and which hopes to address inexpressible emotions that awakens the illness of his father.
