MOVIE SYNOPSIS - Where can I watch it and what's the story of this 2000 film?

Captain Dimitri is a pirate with wooden leg and a good heart. With the help of a parrot endowed with a wonderful voice and very special magical power, is launched to search Macaos fabulous treasure, which is hidden in a huge stone head amid shark-infested waters.
